ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES
Crystal-clear, slightly straw-yellow to the sight, citrus-scented to the nose, with hints of orange, grapefruit, white acacia flowers and orange blossoms. To the palate, a lively, fresh foretaste is followed by a savoury and pleasant finish. The following specialties are ideal matches for the typical pleasantness of this “DOC” (CDO) wine.
