Vinification: The must remains in contact with grape skins for a short period (maceration), which gives this wine an ideal rosé colour. Fermentation is made at low temperature in thermally controlled steel vats.
Bottle-ageing: 3/4-month bottle-aging
Alcoholic strength: 13% – 13,50%
Serving temperature: 12°C

Crystal-clear and light rosy to the sight. To the nose, it reveals its Pergola CDO origin, intense flowery and fruity hints. Fresh and pleasant to the mouth.
