Vinification: Grapes are selected during harvesting and sorted in the winery by a vibrating table and a sorting table. Thermally controlled fermentation is made in stainless steel vats with a long maceration period of more than twenty days and pigeage (mechanic plunging of cap).
Barrel-ageing: This wine is aged for 12 to 16 months in second-hand and third-hand French oak barrels of 225 litres.
Bottle-ageing: 12-month bottle-aging
Alcoholic strength: 14% – 15%
Serving temperature: 18°C – 20°C

Deep ruby colour to the sight. Intense, fairly complex and distinctive to the nose, with flowery hints of violet, rose and lilac, and fruity hints of ripe cherry and marasca, with spicy hues. To the mouth it is intense and long-lingering, soft, balanced with an aftertaste of ripe fruits, cherry and red currant.
