ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES
Ruby red with garnet red hues to the sight. An ample scent to the nose with reminiscences of ripe red fruits and hues of cooked fruits here and there, marasca, blackberry, cherry, pink flowers in alcohol, spices, vanilla, tobacco, leather and cinnamon, with bloody and earthy hints. First velvety in the mouth, due to its initial softness and warmth, but then shows its nerve through acidity and tannin, an explosion of fruits, flowers and spices followed by earthy sensations making their comeback. Texture and elegance go hand in hand.
A wine for laying down. Also available in the Magnum size of 1.5 litres.
