Saturday 19 October 2013 Pergola in a day of discussion on producing Aleatico

On this occasion we will be tasted wines Aleatico products from Pergola Terracruda, Cellar Massaioli, farm Pandolfi Orsini, and Fattoria Villa Ligi, in the versions Rosato, Rosso, Aleatico Superior and Passito, and those from Tuscany, and in particular Aleatico Elba Doc 2008 Traditional raisin Elba Island of Acquabona cellar; Elba Aleatico Passito DOCG 2012 Farm Sapereta; Elba Aleatico Passito DOCG 2012 Farm "Mazzarri"; "Siloso" Elba Aleatico Passito DOCG 2012 Farm Arrighi; but also the "Rose of the Plain" Tuscan IGP Aleatico 2012 and "Cristino" Tuscan IGP Aleatico 2012 Azienda Agricola Biologica La Piana, Aleatico farming on the island of Capraia. In tasting also "Liatico" Aleatico Puglia Dop harvest 2010 Feudi di San Marzano, Apulian company based in Taranto; "Victory" Aleatico Passito Lazio PGI Red Harvest 2008 and "Livaticum 484" Aleatico late harvest Lazio Rosso IGP 2010 La Carcaia, Gradoli cellar, in the province of Viterbo.

The event will conclude with a tasting lunch which will be offered classic combination of truffle-based dishes Black and white with Pergola Doc, to Ostaria restaurant La Pergola, Via De Gasperi, 4. Only on the reservation 0721/734297 (cost 25 euros).
