Summer has arrived suddenly, so warm and romantic.

Cantina Terracruda, after the great success of the past editions is pleased to invite you again this year in its historic vineyards. We expect every Wednesday in July with the unique and original Dinners in Vigna signed Terracruda!A unique sensorial, to live immersed in a dream. All this while enjoying the typical local dishes, carefully prepared by the restaurant owners of our Province, deimigliori accompanied by a selection of our wines Cantina Terracruda.


Our tasting room and direct sales point Via Serre 28 in Fratterosa is open Monday to Saturday from 9.30 all 13.30 and from 16 all 19.
In the afternoon there will be tastings of our wines paired with the best food and wine of the area.

Wednesday 13 July, Guerrino Banqueting, Fano

Aperitif in the cellar:

  • Fried exposed to the fish in foil and vegetables, mixed vegetables and chopped fish croutons, tuna mousse and tomato, sour cream and salmon tartare, swordfish carpaccio with balsamic vinegar on toasted bread, flies au vent with tuna tartare with citrus, squacquerone flatbread with anchovies and rocket.

Welcome drink from 19.30 at Cantina Terracruda – via Serre 28, 61040 Fratte Rosa – and then move in the vineyard for dinner at 20.30. The rich aperitif is part of the dinner, it is recommended punctuality. During dinner, wine is served without limitations.

Upon arrival, to each participant at the dinner will receive a discount of 10%, to use the same evening until the end 2016 on wine purchases made in the Cellar. However dinner will be made one extraction of three awards in wine bottles. All dinners will be accompanied by a live musical background. The dinners in the vineyard take place outdoors. After sunset, the temperature is cool in the vineyard, so you may want to dress appropriately to be protected from moisture and mosquitoes. In bad weather dinners will be postponed or canceled.
