Foam discreet and pleasant, fruity aromas that integrate with the hints given by the yeasts in the long contact with the wine. The typical fund present in the wine can be made to deposit holding bottle standing then serving wine slowly so as not intorbidirlo, or you can shake putting the yeast in suspension. These exalt the peculiar characteristics of the grape giving greater depth and thickness. Excellent drinkability with its 12 ABV.
