Winemaking and Maturation: soft squeezing whole cluster. Static decanting of cold musts. The Crossing Bruni 54 is a particular variety of grapes obtained by crossing Sauvignon Blanc and Verdicchio. It was created in 1936 by Prof.. Bruno Bruni, who at that time he worked for the Ministry of Agriculture. The vine was almost completely disappeared when the company decided to replant some cuttings, through a rediscovery of ancient relic blends project.
