From the brilliant robe, precious color, the perlage. The bubble is large and persistent. Smell coming from the first notes of dried fruit yeasts, a reminder of tropical fruit, a candied orange peel, miele, hay, mentholated and chalk. On the palate the bubbles caresses, then everything in the verticalization hint of freshness that gives many flavors and good length with a beautiful closing savory.
