An evening in the cellar in the name of delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes paired with Terracruda labels


aperitif Tris: pan brioche vegan, Spelled cakes and tofu cream, scones cherry tomatoes with arugula and mint pesto - Spumante Brut Rosé Terracruda


Starter: Vertical phyllo pastry with beef heart confit and creamy buffalo – “Boccalino” Bianchello Metauro Doc 2013


First course: Farro salad with basil and vegetables jumped – “codazzo” Pergola Doc Rosato 2013


Second dish: Miniburgers of red lentils and its sauces - “Orcio no added sulfites” Marche IGT Sangiovese 2013


Dessert: tart cocoa, lime and berries to “glass” – “Visciola” flavored drink made with wine and sour cherries
